Replace Old Timber Fascia

Timber fascia does look good but the up keep can be a different matter on your wallet! With the time spent on rubbing down, painting and sometimes repairing it may be more efficient to install UPVC fascia or cover board.

Durability

UPVC fascia is easy to maintain and brings up the curb appeal to your property. If looking for potential buyers it helps being another item to cross off that list they don't have to worry about replacing themselves. With a 25 to 30 year life span with general cleaning and maintenance it is easy to see why so many people choose UPVC. NPR offers a years warranty on all work carried out.

Fascia or Cover Board?

When deciding what your property needs, with UPVC there are 2 options.

If you have timber that is not rotting but want to go for easy maintenance and better curb appeal cover board could be better for you.

If your timber fascia is rotting then UPVC fascia is the better way to go.

In general cover board is cheaper to install than the full fascia but not always the best option for your property! NPR can advise you on the best step next.
